Hoople Recruitment offers a professional recruitment service that ensures consistent, robust processes are followed, in line with current policy and legislation. We offer a full end-to-end service, which includes the administration of all procedures from advertisement to appointment, including advice on advertising, interviews, assessments and pre-employment checks. The Hoople Recruitment team have received national accredited training in safer recruitment and safeguarding. The team ensures an efficient process for you and your candidates, giving you confidence in the recruitment process and allowing you to focus on selecting the right candidate.

We have recently implemented a new recruitment system, which means that hiring managers can have access to a recruitment portal where you can view applications online, shortlist and also view references as they are received.

Hoople Recruitment provides a fast and efficient on-line Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) The on-line service completion time for a DBS is an average of five days and provides initial checks and re-checks for employees, volunteers and governors.  We provide 2 levels of service - the Check & Go Service and the Managed Service. We also offer a volunteer checking service for volunteers and other helpers who come to the school.
