We are therefore delighted to announce that from September 2018 we will be offering academy primary schools an alternative, cloud based MIS. Academy schools who opt for this service will be able to purchase it via the current  academies' buying season (running until 20 July 2018). 

In order for academies to learn more about the new service, we are co-hosting an event with the service provider on 28 June at the Three Counties Hotel in Hereford. Details are as follows:

Registration and coffee - 9.30 am

Introduction and welcome - 10.00 am

Scholarpack demonstration - 10.15 am

Questions and answers session - 11.15

If you would like to attend, please register your place.

We will be holding a similar event for Local Authority schools in the autumn, with a view to offering the new cloud based MIS for purchase in the schools' buying season (February-March 2019).

Hoople are currently reviewing details we hold for registered users of the School Portal to ensure appropriate staff can access the portal and that we hold the correct contact details for users. 

If you, or a member of your team are not receiving updates from the Schools Portal team, or you are struggling to login, it may mean we hold the wrong details on our records.

Additionally, due to the GDPR regulations, personal email addresses are no longer accepted for School Portal user accounts, please ensure that these have been replaced with a registered school email (i.e. @hereford.sch.uk).
