- The costs identified are for the administration of the service only, any other services required (including but not limited to professional legal advice, special educational needs experts, and translators) will be rechargeable at incurred costs.
- The administration costs and any incurred costs will be payable upon circulation of the papers to the panel, even if the appeal is withdrawn subsequently.
