• You will have full view of references from within the hiring manager portal, as they are received and confirmation of checks as they are completed.
• A database is maintained with all applicant data to include diversity information.

Ensuring all pre-employment checks comply with relevant guidelines and legislation, confirmation of start date is then sent, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place for payroll purposes.
