SIMS Financial Management System (FMS) is an integrated accounting system that enables you to manage key financial processes from salary commitment through to links to SIMS Personnel.

Features of the software include:

• Budget management
• Equipment management
• Automated orders and payments including cheque processing
• Full chart of accounts
• Up-to-date reporting to CFR standards
• Dynamic link to SIMS Personnel for staff salary commitments
• FMS is accredited by the Institution of Chartered Accountants England & Wales

Our price is based on a flat fee for support including all upgrades to the software, four half day training sessions and installation of the software.

Our specialist dedicated SIMS team has a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer your school and can provide tailored consultancy work around your requirements. This product is an opportunity to purchase the services of a member of the SIMS team for a full or half day. We will work alongside you and provide SIMS consultancy built around your needs.

Features of the service include:

• Specialised support structured to the school needs
• On site team member for those tricky MIS questions
• One or two day consultancy option

Price is based on a daily rate and is only charged if a consultancy takes place. Please note a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required.
