Hoople Recruitment offers a professional recruitment service that ensures consistent, robust processes are followed, in line with current policy and legislation. We offer a full end-to-end service, which includes the administration of all procedures from advertisement to appointment, including advice on advertising, interviews, assessments and pre-employment checks. The Hoople Recruitment team have received national accredited training in safer recruitment and safeguarding. The team ensures an efficient process for you and your candidates, giving you confidence in the recruitment process and allowing you to focus on selecting the right candidate.
We have recently implemented a new recruitment system, which means that hiring managers can have access to a recruitment portal where you can view applications online, shortlist and also view references as they are received.
If you do not require a full recruitment service, we are also able to offer an advertising only service for as little as £102 per vacancy.

Teacher
The Hoople recruitment service covers the administration of all procedures from advertisement to appointment, which includes the following:
- An initial telephone brief with a senior officer to capture and understand your requirements
- You will then be assigned a recruitment advisor, who will be your point of contact for the entire process
- We will draft the initial advertisement, ensuring all legislative compliance, including terms and conditions and school staffing regulations. We review the advert with you and incorporate any feedback.
- We provide advice regarding timelines, ensuring closing dates and interview dates are planned in advance of the advertisement date so that panel members and candidates can plan appropriately.
- We place the advert, as appropriate. We can include any necessary school information you may wish to include as attachments on the advert
- Dedicated post on Hoople Recruitment Facebook page
- Access to review CVs as they arrive into our recruitment portal
- Our team will send invitations to shortlisted candidates in accordance with the interview schedule. Unsuccessful candidates are also notified regarding the outcome of their application
- Our team will conduct pre-employment checks on your behalf, including references, right to work and DBS
- You will have full view of references from within the hiring manager portal, as they are received and confirmation of checks as they are completed.
- A database is maintained with all applicant data to include diversity information.
- Provision of recruitment advice, including legislative requirements, throughout the process.

Headteacher
The Hoople recruitment service covers the administration of all procedures from advertisement to appointment, which includes the following:
- An initial meeting with your governors or Chair of Governors to capture and understand your requirements
- You will then be assigned a recruitment advisor, who will be your point of contact for the entire process
- We will draft the initial advertisement, ensuring all legislative compliance, including terms and conditions and school staffing regulations. We review the advert with you and incorporate any feedback.
- We provide advice regarding timelines, ensuring closing dates and interview dates are planned in advance of the advertisement date so that panel members and candidates can plan appropriately.
- We place the advert, as appropriate. You will gain access to reduced advertising rates for external publications such as TES.
- We provide application details and packs to prospective applicants and provide you with regular updates regarding your vacancy. Forms are collated and dispatched to you following the closing date.
- Invitations are sent to candidates in accordance with the interview schedule. Unsuccessful candidates are notified regarding the outcome of their application. Conditional offers are issued and completion of all pre-employment checks to include references, DBS and right to work in the UK. Ensuring all pre-employment checks comply with relevant guidelines and legislation, confirmation of start date is then sent, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place for payroll purposes.
