We provide a ‘one-stop shop’ for the processing of new starters, leavers, variations to contract and all payroll needs. Our team is well versed and highly experienced in the full range of pay, pensions and conditions of employment applying to teaching and to support staff.
We provide a range of support from the preparation of formal contractual documentation, including contracts of employment, to advising on and implementing changes to national conditions of service. We also provide advice and full administrative support to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS). Since 2016/17 staffing service has been integrated with our payroll service, now providing seamless support and one Service Level Agreement for schools as the Schools’ Employee Services team.
The service includes a range of support from the preparation of formal contractual documentation to advising on and implementing changes to national conditions of service. We also provide advice and full administrative support to the Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS).
