If you opt for the Manage and Monitor DBS, we will monitor the status of all your employee, volunteer and Governors’ DBS checks and provide you with a record of the status of all checks each month. We will then undertake rechecks, if required. With this service, you can be sure that your records are always accurate and up-to-date.
Our highly experienced staff provide advice and guidance around any positive disclosure that a check may find, including ensuring appropriate risk assessments are in place. We help you make decisions around employment with a team who are fully trained in document fraud and follow best practice throughout every process.
The price comprises both a vatable and non vatable element. From April 2020, the total price per Managed Service DBS check is £64.38 inclusive of VAT.
The total cost for a volunteer check is £17.58 inclusive of VAT.
Please note we are no longer able to offer the bulk DBS purchase option via the Schools' Portal. Other payment options are available, including online payment which is a quick and efficient method of purchase.
Applicant Manager
There is an option to be an applicant manager on the online system for your school. This gives you the opportunity to have control over entering the ID documents directly onto the applications, completing the level of check you require and tracking the DBS applications to check what stage they are at. You can also login to the system to download snapshots when they are complete.
There is no additional charge and you can be an Applicant Manager for the Managed or Check and Go options.
