Business World Support
Our Business World Support service offers the following deliverables:
- Access to Unit 4 Business World Self Service
- Real time financial reporting via a suite of reports
- Access to post journals within own cost centres (budget and general ledger adjustments)
- Purchase to pay functionality - electronic ordering and approval, together with automatic invoice matching enabling faster payment and viewable invoice images
- Sales to cash functionality - ability to electronically request sales invoices
- Helping to resolve all Business World finance enquiries
- Creation of new users and training/support
